1:1  Coaching

Women in their 50's have unique needs and concerns. From family and career demands to hormone changes, health concerns, and low energy.

Right when we most need to care for ourselves and our health, is when we get side-tracked by others' needs. 

It's difficult to create new habits from a state of overwhelm. It's also difficult to sustain new habits when we are doing what we think we are supposed to be doing vs. what we really want to do. 

So first we uncover where the friction is that is keeping you from making the changes that you want to make. Then we create a customized plan that incorporates daily habits and strategies.

Goals can of course include physical goals of exercise/movement and creating nourishing eating habits. But we will also focus on the goals of creating joy and meaning in your life by managing stressful thoughts and emotions, and creating boundaries.

Single session 1:1 coaching call $150

In this 60 minute call we will  define what it is you actually want. (Stress reduction, managing emotions, managing exercise or eating habits) We will then define the strategies and resources needed in order to live a life of putting your well-being first.

2 month coaching package: $750

This 2 month journey will consist of 6 sessions and help you develop the tools needed to create a life in which you find joy, meaning and good health. You will get:

  • a realistic and unique approach to self care
  • lasting relief from feelings of overwhelm, stress and confusion
  • easy to implement wellness strategies for better sleep, exercise and energy
